James J. Waters
Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration

Jim Waters is responsible for finance and administration. He began his professional career as an auditor for predecessors of the accounting firm of KPMG. He then served as an officer of Franklin Realty and Mortgage Trust, a New York Stock Exchange REIT. In 1989, Mr. Waters accepted the position of CFO of Roach Brothers and Trident. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in the Company’s mergers and acquisitions and centralizing management systems, administration and reporting. He is an owner of the company and serves on its Board of Directors.
