Joan Docktor
Executive Vice President of Sales


Joan Docktor began her career as a real estate sales associate with the company in 1986 and was promoted to sales manager in 1993. In 1999, she became Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the Company’s largest and most profitable sales territory. She was named General Sales Manager in 2003 and then Executive Vice President of Sales in 2006. She is now responsible for the sales function of the entire company including productivity, recruiting and retention of sales associates, and cross selling of Trident’s financial and home-related services. She holds a seat on the company’s Board of Directors.

Joan has served on the Plymouth Planning Agency and Zoning Hearing Board. She is also a current member of the Board of Directors of the Main Line Chamber of Commerce.
